With classes ending Wednesday and finals coming, a little stress relief seems to be in order! Coloring is a way to use a different part of your brain, engage your hands in a different, and relax. Like doodling, coloring can be meditative and/ or create some mental space to think about other things. We also know that taking a break from studying, and letting the unconscious part of the brain work on problems, can help retention, problem solving, and recall. So, here are some Advent coloring pages to download and print, or to use with a coloring app.
If coloring isn’t your thing, try some mindless doodling, or another craft – new or old. As always, be sure to get some decent sleep in the coming days and eat at least SOME decent food to go with the inevitable piles of study food. Good luck Spartans!
