Who we are

Canterbury MSU is a ministry of the Diocese of Michigan, The Episcopal Church and all our supporters!

YOU can help sustain our community by donating here. (Choose give to friend to save the cost of the fee.)

All are Welcome! We are diverse and inclusive. And, we are always working to be more open and to more fully celebrate the glorious differences of all God’s people. That’s why we need YOU to join us and share who God made you to be!

This is not your parents’ church! We get that sitting in a pew on Sunday morning may not be your thing.* There are a lot of ways to be an Episcopalian and we want to explore them all. Join us on Wednesdays to help build a community and figure out how we want to explore spirituality this week!

*If sitting in a pew on Sunday morning IS your thing, please join us for worship on YouTube  at All Saints Episcopal Church live at 10 am on Sunday mornings Рor anytime afterward!

Students direct and lead our program, supported by our Episcopal Missioner to MSU, the Rev. Dr. Donna L. McNiel.

Donna (she/her) has served in campus ministry for more than a decade at both large state universities and small private colleges. She has also led ecumenical and interfaith organizations and is committed to building relationships among all people.

Follow Donna on twitter @dlmcniel or email her at canterburymsu at gmail dot com.
